Everyday Cleaning

Maintaining your Stone Ambassador surface is a breeze. It requires no more than warm soapy water and a clean microfiber cloth.

For more stubborn marks, simply add your Stone Ambassador creme cleanser in addition to warm water and create a lather using a clean microfiber cloth, wiping in a soft circular motion.

Once clean, wipe away excess moisture with a dry microfiber cloth.

Matte & Texuted Finishes

For matte and textured finishes, clean using a non-scratch scouring pad and your Stone Ambassador Creme Cleanser.

Simply wet with water, apply creme cleanser and wipe in a circular motion and avoid excess pressure.

Once the area has been cleaned, wipe moisture away with a clean microfiber cloth.

Frequently Asked Questions

All warranties must be registed within 30 days of installation.

Chopping or cutting of any items is not recommended on your Stone Ambassador benchtop to avoid unwanted scratches or marks. We suggest always using a chopping board for cutting any food items.

In addition to your included Stone Ambassador Creme Cleanser for everyday maintenance, the use of ordinary house hold multipurpose sprays can also be used.

Although Stone Ambassador surfaces are exceptionally durable, they are not indestructible.

Using any harsh solvents such as paint thinners or removers will effect the surface of your benchtop and therefore alter it’s state and will not be covered under our limited 10 year warranty.

“If it is too hot to touch, it’s too hot for your benchtop”

We do not suggest placing any hot items directly from the oven or stovetop on your Stone Ambassador benchtop.
You risk causing thermal shock, permanent marking or fractures to your stone surface.

We always suggest the use of a heat trivet or chopping board when placing hot items on your benchtop.

While none of our polished, matte or textured stone surfaces require sealing like natural stones, they are still highly non-porous and carry a significant level of stain resistance.

However, as our matte finishes are slightly more porous than our polished range, users do need to be mindful of attending to spills or marks using your every day cleaning methods or a non-scratch scouring pad and creme cleanser for more stubborn marks.

Cracking is generally not covered under  warranty as it typically occurs due to a fabrication or installation error, or as the result of mechanical stress and does not represent a fault in our Stone Ambassador quartz range.

If a crack does occur, please contact the kitchen company or stonemason who installed your bench top as they will be able to provide further assistance.
